About Indu Beach Villa

Location - Indu Beach Villa is right on the quiet secluded Indu Beach, in Ban Bang Makham, ten minutes from the capital Nathon and 25 minutes from the popular relaxed Bo Phut Fisherman's Village, The Wharf, and the nightlife of Chaweng.

The villa is nestled in a sandy cove, fringed by coconut palms and mangroves, and protected by a coral reef. It offers panoramic views across sandflats and coral rock pools to watch the sun setting over Surat Thani province and the Islands of the Angthong National Marine Park. 

Style - The villa style is 'Traditional Thai meets Miami Beach'. It offers four spacious luxury suites, each with en-suite and garden terrace.

Layout - On passing through the villa's electric gates you enter a tropical garden with banana palms, frangipani, jasmine, thai friezes and a water feature. The path leads through the huge inner wooden doors to a portico of which secure doors lead either side into the two private 'Orange' and 'Red' Suites. After the portico lies an inner courtyard with tropical garden, water feature with goldfish, a bbq area, and the terraces and garden seating enjoyed by the Orange and Red suites. 

Across the inner courtyard is the main house containing the fully equipped kitchen and feature wood and glass breakfast bar, spacious lounge and ground floor 'Thai Suite'. From the lounge a spiral 'floating' staircase leads up to the Master 'Penthouse' Suite which occupies the entire upper floor.

The lounge and Thai Suite have sliding tinted glass doors leading to the pool terrace and pergola covered dining area, with a large teak table and bougainvillea and hibiscus in IBV coloured pots, visited by butterflies, humming birds and our cheeky 'naughty birds'. The coconut palms surrounding the pool and bbq area are seasonally laden with fresh coconuts.

Facilities - There is a large private pool and four sun terraces, and access to a private residents-only tropical garden area just 40m down the sandy beach. This provides a lawned garden full of frangipani and tropical plants, with a further large pool with toddler's section and thai style teak picnic cabanah.

The villa features tinted windows which draw back the full width of the house, drawing a beautiful tropical breeze through the villa and affording unbroken panoramic views of the beach and sea.

The best features of the villa are its sunset facing beach front location, privacy, stylish design and layout, romantic rooms and terraces and private pool, proximity to both fine dining and casual beach dining and bars. The large pool terrace suits weddings etc and romantic dinners on the beach are popular with couples.

The housekeeper will take care of your needs and shopping, cooking, massages etc are readily arranged.

Around the Area

A stroll along the picturesque beach to the right (north) leads to beach restaurants and facilities at hotels, and even fine dining at Four Seasons (Beach or Cliff Top or CoCo Rums restaurants).

A stroll to the left (south) reveals a string of quaint beach cafes and bars stretching c 10km to Nathon.

Our recommendations for a Friday night are the Bo Phut Fishermans Village which is pedestrianised for a large 'walking street' market selling souveniers, a wide range of delicious food and cocktails to enjoy while browsing bargains before going on to the wide range of restaurants, some with tables on the beach under the stars at low tide and entertainment such as fire acts, chillout music etc.

Interaction with guests

We will be contactable for any requests, questions and information you may need before and also during your trip. Whilst we will not be present in person, you will be greeted and have daily interaction with our lovely, trustworthy housekeeper, Pom (Please read our reviews, our guests are always blown away by her!). You may hire Pom for additional services as required including shopping, cooking meals (she is a fantastic cook!), baby sitting, assistance with shopping and booking taxis for getting around the island.

We can book a reputable taxi company on your behalf to get you from the airport or ferry piers and deliver you reliably to our villa to ensure your trip gets off to a smooth start.

About the area

We are located on the north west coast of Samui with beautiful sunset views. We are located in a shallow cove making it very safe and fantastic for paddling and strolls along the beach to the nearby bars and restaurants. 

Getting Around

Flagging down taxi's or tuk tuks on the main road is simple, however you may choose to allow Pom to contact a taxi firm to pick you up from your villa or hire a car or a moped to explore the beauty of Samui.
